The blueprint is a roadmap of the overall strategic planning and it consists of a detailed budget, a list of priorities and a planning timeline.

Based on the design and planning, we will work with you to put in place and orchestrate the best possible team for your event. That may include a caterer, photographer, videographer, painter, a band, floral designers,… whomever and whatever would be required to bring your special event from concept to reality.

Here things get…fun! We work with you to establish colors, flower palettes, choose furnishings, select textiles and paper… anything and everything to conceptualize your event in the most unique way.

We can prepare for you sketches, graphic renderings and live samples to help you visualize the major design elements and key components of your unique event.

Once you approve everything, the production team will work on every single isolated element to bring them all together in harmony like a musical composition or a pice of art.
